Times Are A Changing

The past month everything in my life has turned upside down in a completely amazing way.  I got married to my best friend and started a new job with an incredible company as their Creative Director.  So much has changed and it is sucking all of my time away from art and writing that I'm just trying to adjust to all the new responsibilities.

As I'm writing this and seeing the changes typed out before my eyes I am feeling incredibly blessed.  The changes going on are proof that no matter what dreams do come true.  I know that sounds completely cliche, but I can't think of any other way to put it.

Four years ago I was just like any other Nashville transplant, jobless and hopeful that Nashville would offer me opportunities that would change my life.  I'm just a girl from a small town in Texas who took a chance to make a change.  I've realized that the only thing that can get you where you want to be is a ton of hard work and time.  It's just that simple.

I guess the message here is dream about what you want and take a million little tiny steps towards that dream and eventually it will become reality.
